i have done an epsom salt cleanse a few years ago and i was really impressed with the results. i've been feeling awful and bloated for about three days now, and for what i've been eating i shouldn't be feeling like this. i know that it has happened as i haven't had enough fiber in my diet.
i just drink one table spoon of epsom salt mixed with one glass of water. it tastes horrible, believe me its not nice. epsom salt is a natural occurring mineral that is made up of oxygen, hydrogen, sulfur and magnesium. consuming it creates a laxative effect by relaxing digestive muscles.
this will clean out your intestines and colon, and will leave you feeling much lighter and cleaner. last time that i did this i was amazed about what i saw come out... i'll leave it there, but i was like "wow, where did that come from??"
i had been advised about doing this from a trusted nutritionist, but it would be a great idea that you do some of your own research about this before giving it a go.
